No. One person or verified identity can hold one active account only. Opening multiple accounts violates our terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance. If you accidentally opened a second account, contact [email protected] immediately to have it closed.

Inactive accounts enter a dormant state after 90 days. Your balance remains in your account, but you cannot play until you log in again. Once you return, your account reactivates immediately. After 12 months of no activity, we'll attempt to contact you via your registered email to confirm the account is yours.

Go to Settings, scroll to Account Management, and select 'Close Account'. Confirm your choice. Your account is immediately closed. Any remaining balance is paid to your verified payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within 30 days. Permanent closure cannot be reversed.
