What you need to know about account terms and protections

These answers cover the most common questions we hear from account holders about what rules apply to your account, how we handle your money, and what rights you have.

Your deposits are held in segregated merchant accounts separate from our operating funds. If 12 erek stops operating, those funds remain yours and are returned to your original payment method by the account trustee. We maintain this segregation at all times and carry operational insurance to cover this scenario.

Yes. Email [email protected] with 'Data Access Request' in the subject line and your account email address. We'll send a complete copy of your personal data, transaction history and account activity within 10 business days in a standard, readable format.

Most accounts are verified within minutes of signup. For withdrawals over a certain amount, we may request proof of identity (ID photo, address confirmation) which takes 1–3 business days to review. You'll be notified by email if verification is needed.

Open your account Settings, go to Account > Close Account, and confirm. Your remaining balance is returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your account data is kept for 24 months then deleted, unless legal hold applies.

Withdrawals go only to the payment method you registered during signup. If you suspect fraud, contact our support team immediately. We can freeze your account, review recent transactions and reroute pending withdrawals to a verified alternate payment method.

We share only what's necessary for game play and payment processing: your account ID, country and language preference go to game studios; your name and payment details go to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS providers only to process your transactions. No other data is shared without your written consent.

You can request early deletion by emailing [email protected] with 'Data Deletion Request'. We comply within 10 business days, except where law requires us to retain records for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes. We'll explain any legal holds in our reply.
